Loventree specializes in single-subject heirloom drawings, based off of supplied photo references.
These commissions are often chosen to mark milestones, preserve memories, or celebrate meaningful chapters of life— not just to decorate a wall.
Each drawing is created using traditional tools only:
Hand-drawn in black & white pencil or full-color markers
Rendered on 8×10 Bristol paper
No machines, tracing, or reproductions
This size is intentionally chosen for its timeless feel and ease of framing, making it ideal for gifting and long-term keeping.

About the Commission Process
Loventree commissions are intentionally limited and exclusively selected to ensure each piece receives the attention it deserves.
Projects are limited to up to 3 commissions per month and are typically booked 2–4 weeks in advance.
Pricing begins at $250, but varies by complexity and detail level.
A nonrefundable 50% deposit is required to reserve production time once a project is approved.

At this time, Loventree commissions are best suited for: single-subject drawings, clear/well-lit reference photos, and clients seeking a personal, heirloom-style piece. This focus allows me to work with consistency, care, and attention to detail throughout each project.

Occasionally, I take on one-of-a-kind projects that fall outside standard commission offerings or combine different materials or techniques. These projects are considered selectively and quoted individually.
