PRICING & PAYMENT

Loventree commissions begin at $250. Pricing varies depending on complexity, materials, and level of detail. A personalized quote is provided after your request is reviewed

Commissions: If your commission request is approved, you’ll receive a secure invoice. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve production time, with the remaining balance due before delivery or pickup.
Shop items: Paid in full at checkout.
COMMISSIONS

Submit the Request a Commission form with a clear reference photo. Each request is reviewed to ensure it aligns with current availability and studio focus. If approved, you’ll receive next steps and an assigned start date.

Proofs are provided for commissions only. A simple proof or layout is shared before final work begins, with one round of revisions included.

Minor adjustments are included during the proof stage. Additional revisions or significant design changes beyond the included round may require an added fee and can affect the timeline.
SHOP ITEMS

No. Shop items are created under artist direction and do not include proofs. Each piece is handmade and one-of-a-kind, and natural variation is part of the process.

TIMELINES

Shop Items: Typically shipped within 2–3 weeks from the date of purchase.
Commissions: Typically shipped 2–4 weeks from the assigned start date.

Rush requests may be available on a limited basis and depend on current workload. A rush fee may apply. Please note any deadlines when submitting your request.
SHIPPING & PICK-UP

Yes. Local pickup is available by appointment in York, PA. Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an email with details to confirm your pick up arrangement.

Loventree Studio operates from a home-based workshop in York, Pennsylvania, USA. All pieces are handmade on site and shipped directly from the studio.
RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

Because every item is handcrafted and often personalized, returns aren’t possible except in the case of damage or defects.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days with photos so I can arrange a repair or replacement.

No. Deposits are non-refundable, as they reserve studio time and cover preparation costs.
If you need to cancel before work begins, contact me right away— I’ll do my best to accommodate depending on progress.
