PRICING & PAYMENT

Each commission is priced based on size, materials, and level of detail.
Smaller pieces in the made-to-order catalog typically start around $45–$75, while larger commission projects (such as portraits, wood burnings, and custom engravings) may range from $250–$1,000+.
For custom requests the studio requires a $200 minimum. You’ll receive a personalized quote once you submit your project details through the Request a Commission form.

After details are confirmed, you’ll receive a secure invoice (Stripe powered invoices accept all major credit and debit cards).

Commissions require a 50% non-refundable deposit ($100 minimum) to reserve your spot, with the remaining balance due before delivery or pickup.
ORDERING & PROCESS

For most personalized or commissioned pieces, yes. You’ll receive a digital layout or proof for approval before production begins.
Simple or ready-to-ship items usually don’t require proofs unless otherwise noted.

Major design changes after work has begun will require an additional fee and may delay the timeline of the project.

Ready-to-Ship: Ships within 3–5 business days
Made-to-Order: Ships within 2–4 weeks

SHIPPING & PICK-UP

Yes — Local pickup is available by appointment in York, PA. Once your item is ready, you’ll receive an email with pickup times and location details.

Loventree Studio operates from a home-based workshop in York, Pennsylvania, USA.
All pieces are handmade on site and shipped directly from the studio.

Yes— Every Loventree order is wrapped gift-ready!
All orders are carefully packaged and shipped from York, Pennsylvania via USPS or UPS. Tracking details are sent once your package is on its way.
RETURNS & REFUNDS

Minor adjustments (like text spacing or color tweaks) are often included. Major design changes after approval or production start may require a revision fee and delay the projected timeline.

Because every item is handcrafted and often personalized, returns aren’t possible except in the case of damage or defects.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days with photos so I can arrange a repair or replacement.

Deposits are non-refundable, as they reserve your time slot and cover preparation costs.
If you need to cancel before work begins, contact me right away— I’ll do my best to accommodate depending on progress.
